You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product.
To expedite returns, please contact us at 907-631-5066 to receive a Returns Authorization number. A Returns Authorization number is required for all returns.
We will refund or credit the value of the item charged. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless sent in error by Mat-Su Emergency & Safety Supply.
To receive a refund, your original packing invoice should accompany your return. Customized or altered items (embroidered, engraved, etc) are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
Special orders, if returned are subject to a restocking fee.
If you received an item that was damaged, defective or was sent in error we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt, and send a replacement with no additional charges.
